Essential November 2025 Business Tax Deadlines

With the hustle and bustle of year-end tasks and holiday preparations, it's crucial to keep a close eye on your business tax obligations this November. Ensuring timely submissions of key forms like Form 941 and requisite tax deposits can prevent unnecessary penalties and interest.

November 10 - File Form 941 for Q3 2025

Business owners should file Form 941, which reports Social Security, Medicare, and withheld income taxes for the third quarter of 2025, by November 10. This deadline is valid if the taxes for the quarter were fully deposited on time.

November 17 - Monthly Tax Deposits

For employers following monthly deposit regulations, ensure Social Security, Medicare, and withheld income taxes for October 2025 are deposited by November 17. Similarly, nonpayroll withholding deposits due under the monthly rule should also be completed by this date.

Considerations for Weekends & Holidays

Should a tax due date fall on a weekend or legal holiday, the deadline is duly extended to the next business day that isn't a legal holiday, offering you additional securities in your planning.
